These terms apply when you use RuleTrigger. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy page. We've kept them short; please read them.

Who runs it

RuleTrigger is run by Kostas Tachas (Greece). Questions about these terms: kostas.tachas@gmail.com.

What RuleTrigger is

RuleTrigger watches live football matches and sends you a Telegram message or a phone notification when a match fits a rule you created. It is free during the beta.

Information only, not advice

RuleTrigger only sends notifications. It does not give betting, financial or any other advice, and it never recommends a bet. Any bet or other decision you make is your own choice and your own responsibility. If you bet, only bet what you can afford to lose.

You must be 18 or over

Some features involve betting odds, so you must be at least 18 years old to use RuleTrigger.

No guarantees

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best, but we can't promise that alerts arrive on time, arrive at all, or that the match data in them is correct. RuleTrigger depends on other services that can be late, wrong or down, including the football data provider (API-Football), Telegram, your browser's notification service, and our hosting and login providers (such as Supabase). Don't rely on RuleTrigger for anything where a missed or late alert would cost you.

Using it fairly

Please don't:

• abuse, overload or try to break the service, our Telegram bot or our API;
• scrape or collect data from RuleTrigger with bots or other automated tools;
• try to access other people's accounts or data;
• use RuleTrigger for anything illegal.

Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account.

Changes and ending

We may change, pause or stop RuleTrigger, or any feature of it, at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk. You can stop using RuleTrigger whenever you like and delete your account in Settings.

Liability

To the extent Greek and EU law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using or not being able to use RuleTrigger, including lost bets, lost money or missed or late alerts. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Law

These terms are governed by Greek law. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of your country.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes we'll let you know by email.
